    • Store and review video analysis through a personal dashboard.
    • Access these tools and analyses via a paid subscription model.

    To use the Services, you must sign in using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. Data Storage and Retention

    Your data is stored securely on our servers. We retain your information as long as your account remains active. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will continue to have access to your data until the end of your current billing cycle.

  4. Subscriptions and Billing

    • Access to the Services is provided through a monthly subscription.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • All payments are non-refundable.

  5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
    • Share or distribute analysis results in a manner that violates YouTube’s or any third party’s terms and conditions.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All content, tools, and data provided by Yoinkit.ai are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

  7. Disclaimers

    • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
    • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of analyses or other results generated through the Services.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoinkit.ai and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
